Analysis
This resolution will remove a deed restriction imposed by the City of Milwaukee that prohibits division of land and construction of a principal building.

Whereas, The combined property was acquired on March 19, 2004 by Dyane Adams Sinclair who now wants to build a new home on the vacant portion of her property, but needs the deed restriction released to obtain a building permit; and

Whereas, The Department of City Development recommends release of the deed restriction to facilitate this development subject to approval of final site and building plans by the Department of City Development; and

Whereas, The cost for this process is $1,250, less a 20 percent administrative fee paid to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee; now, therefore, be it
