Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

2nd Aldermanic District

W. Capitol Dr. - N. 51st Blvd. to N. 52nd St. (SM495210029) Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $75,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2021 construction season.

5th Aldermanic District

W. Appleton Pl. - N. 115th St. to W. Appleton Ave. (WT410220713) Water main extension. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $1,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $19,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $295,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2022 construction season.

N. 115th St. - W. Appleton Pl. to W. Green Tree Rd. (WT410220712) Water main extension. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $1,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $19,000).
