Substitute ordinance to further amend the 1999 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 980575 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Health Department, Administration Decision Unit, Lead Pilot Project Grant", add one position of "Lead Project Coordinator (HUD)(X)", one position of "Program Assistant II (X)" and one position of "Lead Project Assistant (X)"; under "Public Health Services Decision Unit, Lead Pilot Project Grant", add two positions of "Public Health Aide (X)" and one position of "Office Assistant II"; under "Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Grant", delete one position of "Public Health Aide (.2 FTE)" and add one position of "Lead Project Assistant" and amend footnote "(W)" as follows: "(W) To expire 6/30/00 unless the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Social Services, is extended."; under "Immunization Action Plan Grant", delete one position of "Program Assisstant II (X)" and one position of "Public Health Educator II (X)" and amend footnote "(DD)" as follows: "(DD) To expire 12/31/99 unless the Immunization Action Plan Grant, available from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services, is extended. This grant also funds .2 FTE of the Public Health Nurse position."; under "Consumer Protection and Environmental Health Decision Unit, Lead Pilot Project Grant", add three positions of "Environmental Health Specialist II (X)"; under "Bureau of Laboratories Decision Unit, Lead Pilot Project Grant", add one position of "Chemist" and one position of "Lab Helper (.5 FTE)" and add footnote "(E)" as follows: "(E) To expire 2/28/02 unless the Lead Pilot Project Grant, available ...
