Title
Substitute resolution authorizing the Department of Administration - Office of Environmental Sustainability to apply for, accept and expend a grant from the Fund for Lake Michigan to conduct green infrastructure planning efforts.

Analysis

The total grant project grant budget will be $75,000, with no City match. The proposed budget for this project as follows:

Personnel $22,000
Fringe Benefits $11,000
