Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2003 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 020486 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Salary Grade 016, add the title "Environmental Manager."
Part 2. Section 4 of ordinance File Number 020486 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Pay Range 310 in its entirety.
Under Pay Range 330, delete the title "X-Ray Technician II 1/" and delete footnote "1/" in its entirety.
Under Pay Range 340, delete the title "X-Ray Technician III 1/ 2/" and delete footnotes "1/" and "2/" in their entirety.
Part 3. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 020486 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Pay Range 530, add the title "Radiologic Technologist 3/" and add the following footnote: "3/ Recruitment is authorized up to the third step of the pay range."
Under Pay Range 545, add the title "Radiologic Technologist - Mammographer 2/" and add the following footnote: "2/Recruitment is authorized up to the third step of the pay range."
Part 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 5. The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 6. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
