A substitute resolution relative to application for funding of the Abstinence Only Education Grant.

ANLS:

This resolution authorizes the Health Department to apply for the Abstinence Only Education Grant project from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services. The purpose of the project is to provide abstinence education to male and female children and adolescents.

BODY:

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee appears to be eligible for gra nt funds from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services for providing abstinence education to children and adolescents; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is authorized.
