Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in

various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-9-1 of the Code relating to Designation of Prohibited Pedestrian Crossings is amended by adding the following:

The west crosswalk at the intersection of North Hopkins Street, West Silver Spring Drive and North 43^rd Street

The east crosswalk at the intersection of West Holt Avenue and South 2^nd Street

Part 2. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turn On Red Signal is amended by striking the following:

“On North 5^th Street at West Clybourn Street southbound”

Part 3. Section 101-12-4 of the Code relating to Mandatory Turns is amended by adding the following:

On West Wells Street at North 10^th Street eastbound

On West Wells Street at North 11^th Street westbound

Part 4.  Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:

On West Blue Mound Road from North 49^th Street to North 51^st Street

Part 5.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:

On West Manitoba Street and South 9^th Place in all directions

Part 6.  Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to Designation of One-Way Streets is amended by striking the following:

“On West St Paul Avenue from North Water Street to North 2^nd Street”
