Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential to Local Business, for a mixed-use development, on land located on the east side of North Oakland Avenue, north of East North Avenue, in the 3rd Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by WiRED Properties and will change the zoning of 2310-12 and 2316-18 North Oakland Avenue to permit a mixed-use, multi-family development on these sites, as well as the property to the south, which is already zoned Local Business.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.2.0047. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2310-12 North Oakland Avenue, Tax Key No. 319-0794-000, and 2316-18 North Oakland Avenue, Tax Key No. 319-0795-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB3).
