Body

Whereas, the Department of City Development received an application requesting the approval of a final certified survey map by Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity; and

Whereas, this final certified survey map reconfigures parcels; and

Whereas, Section 119-5 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances allows for conditional approval of final certified survey maps; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following certified survey maps be and hereby is conditionally approved, with the conditions outlined in Attachment A:
