Title
Motion relative to tax stabilization fund withdrawal for 2004 budget purposes.
Body
For budget purposes, that portion of the tax stabilization fund withdrawal regulated by Section 304-20-4-a and b of the Milwaukee Code be established and authorized to be the following:
$2,006,225 but in no case shall this portion of the withdrawal exceed the amount permitted by Section 304-29-4-a and b of the Milwaukee Code.
