Analysis

This resolution amends Common Council Resolution File Number 012411, adopted on February 11, 2003, which approved levying of assessments and construction of assessable public improvement projects at various locations by removing the public improvement projects listed under the 4^th aldermanic district (alley between W. Cherry St., W. Vliet St., N. 30^th St., and N. 31^st St.).

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 021411, adopted on February 11, 2003, approving levying of assessments and construction of assessable public improvement projects at various locations, is amended as follows:

1.  Delete the following text in the first "Whereas" clause:

"4^th Aldermanic District

Alley between W. Cherry St., W. Vliet St., N. 30^th St., and N. 31^st St. (ST212030128) File Number 020020:  Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, and storm drainage facilities where needed. (Assessable Alley Paving Fund -- $35,200; Nonassessable Alley Paving Fund -- $21,100)".

2.  Delete the following in the last "Further Resolved" clause:

"Alley W. Cherry St. (ST212030128),".
