This resolution directs the Department of City Development to prepare a resolution to vacate the east-west alley in the block bounded by South Kinnickinnic Avenue, East Montana Street, South Clement Avenue and South Herman Street in accordance with the right-of-way vacation procedures of s. 62.73, Wis. Stats., and s. 308-28, Milwaukee Code of Ordinances.

Whereas, It has been proposed that the east-west alley in the block bounded by South Kinnickinnic Avenue, East Montana Street, South Clement Avenue and South Herman Street be vacated pursuant to the provisions of s. 62.73, Wis. Stats.; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of City Development is directed to prepare a resolution to vacate the east-west alley in the block bounded by South Kinnickinnic Avenue, East Montana Street, South Clement Avenue and South Herman Street in accordance with s. 308-28 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances.
