Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the Third Amendment to Indenture with Specialty Restaurants, Inc. and the City of Milwaukee, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners for the lease of the property located at 550 N. Harbor Drive for the term of February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2018; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and said Board are hereby directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose.
