This resolution would approve the Lease Agreement for 4.25 acres of real property on South Carferry Drive at East Bay Street for an initial 15-year term.

BODY:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the Lease Agreement between the City, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners, and Minergy Products, LLC, to lease 4.25 acres on South Carferry Drive at East Bay Street for the initial period between June 1, 2000 and May 31, 2015; now, therefore, be it

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and of said Board of Harbor Commissioners are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose, with the agreement as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
