Body
Whereas, A special privilege was granted under Common Council Resolution File Number 490155A, to maintain a building at 117 West Walker Street that projects into the public right-of-way; and
Whereas, The current name of the present owner of the property is Ricco Properties LLC and should now be named as the grantee of the special privilege; and
Whereas, The building may only occupy the public right-of-way through the adoption of a special privilege resolution by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 490155A is hereby rescinded; and, be it
Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Ricco Properties LLC, 117 West Walker Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204 is hereby granted the following special privilege:
To keep and maintain a building encroachment into the south side of West Walker Street at 117 West Walker Street for the life of the building. The building extends into the public right-of-way approximately 0.10 feet at the east end of the building and 0.24 at the west end of the building for a length of approximately 100.43 feet into the 15-foot wide sidewalk area, beginning at a point approximately 100 feet west of the westline of South 1st Street and extending west.
