Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

 

“On the east side of North Jackson Street from the south curb line extended of East Chicago Street to a point 145 feet south thereof, at any time”

 

“On North Young Street from East Erie Street to North Milwaukee Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 PM”

 

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

 

On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Linnwood Avenue to a point 60 feet south

 

On North 15th Street from West Vliet Street north to the dead end

 

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

 

On North Young Street from East Erie Street to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

 

Part 4.  Section 101-32-3-d-3 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

 

On North Young Street from East Erie Street to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday

 

 

 

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

 

On South 26th Street from West Scott Street to West Greenfield Avenue
