This ordinance will permit the subject property to be used for off-street parking and/or commercial use.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-520(4).0007. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by a line 120 feet West and parallel to the West line of North Holton Street; a line 75.5 feet North and parallel to the North line of East Garfield Avenue, the centerline of a North-South alley, and a line 118.4 feet South and parallel to the South line of East North Avenue from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) to Local Business (L/C/40).
