Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
4th Aldermanic District
W. St. Paul Ave. - N. 4th St. to N. 5th St. (WT410070012) File Number 070186: Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $50,000, additional funds.). File Number 070186 authorized $160,000 for construction costs. The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $210,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.

W. Coldspring Rd. - S. 27th St. to S. 35th St. (WT410071092) File Number 070661: Services alterations. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $60,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $60,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.
