Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

E. Knapp St./W. McKinley Ave. - N. Edison St. to N. 4th St. (WT410051116) File Number 050026: Internal joint seals.

4th Aldermanic District

N. Astor St. - E. State St. to E. Juneau Ave. (WT410021053): Installing butterfly valves and installing hydrant.

N. Jefferson St. - A point 100 feet m/l southwest of E. Erie St. to the Milwaukee River (SW170050113): New storm sewer. (Nonassessable Expansion of Capacity Sewer Fund -- $10,000)
