Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

Proposed N. Commerce St. - E. North Ave. to a point 300 feet m/l north of E. North Ave. (ST210070101) File Number 060244: Asphaltic concrete stage construction and streetscape, install new concrete walk, install new concrete curb and gutter. (Assessable New Paving Fund -- $47,000; Nonassessable New Paving Fund -- $48,800). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $110,800. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.

N. Commerce St. - E. North Ave. to a point 330 feet m/l north of E. North Ave. (SW170060105) File Number 060573: Install new storm and sanitary sewer. (Assessable Expansion of Capacity Sewer Fund -- $166,700; Nonassessable Expansion of Capacity Sewer Fund -- $128,300).
