Body
Whereas, In order to accomplish this service, the Wisconsin Electric Power Company has submitted an easement granting them the right to enter upon and across City-owned property located at 2121 North Sherman Boulevard in order to provide sufficient electrical power to the City's Washington Park Library at 2121 North Sherman Boulevard; and
Whereas, The terms of said easement are set out and attached to this file and approved as to content by the City Engineer and as to form by the Office of the City Attorney; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said easement be and the same is hereby approved, and the proper City officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it
Further Resolved, That after said easement has been executed by the proper City officers, it shall be returned to the Office of the City Attorney for approval as to execution and proper distribution.
