Whereas, The Community Development Committee has requested changes to the existing LID policies and has approved these changes as outlined in the amended (Exhibit A); now therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the amended LID policies are approved; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the Community Block Grant Administration will implement these changes to the existing LID policies. The changes will apply to all future LID funding cycles.
