Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Mixed (IM) to Local Business (LB2) on land located on the North Side of West National Avenue and West of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will consolidate land into a single base zoning district to allow for a motor vehicle filling station, auto repair and retail.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of West National Avenue, a line 164.42 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, a line 189.42 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, the zoning line within the right-of-way of South Cesar E. Chavez Drive, a line 145.83 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue, a line 205.33 feet North and parallel to the north line of West National Avenue, from Industrial Mixed (IM) to Local Business (LB2).
