This substitute resolution approves the schematic and final plans and specifications for the first phase of the Westown Housing Development, which is located in TID No. 30, City of Milwaukee. These consents are requirements of the developer under the April 19, 1996, Westown Housing Development Agreement.
BODY:
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee ("City"), the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Redevelopment Corporation entered into an April 19, 1996, Westown Housing Development Agreement; and
Whereas, The Westown Housing Development Agreement requires the Milwaukee Redevelopment Corporation to submit to the City schematic and final plans and specifications for Stage 1 of the Project; and
Whereas, The Milwaukee Redevelopment Corporation desires to secure the consent of the City for such plans; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the schematic and final plans and specifications as outlined in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File, are approved.
