Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2002 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as
follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 010468 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Health Department, Maternal and Child Health Division" add "Early Child Care Grant (QQ)", add one position of "Child Care Program Manger (X) (QQ) ", three positions of "Public Health Nurse "X" (QQ)", one position of "Environmental Health Specialist (X) (QQ)", one position "Public Health Educator (X) (QQ)", one position of "Health Project Assistant (QQ)", one position of "Environmental Hygienist (X) (QQ)", two positions of "Clinic Assistant (X) (QQ)", one position of "Office Assistant (QQ)" and add footnote "(QQ)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Early Child Care Grant, available from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is extended"; add footnote "(LL)" as follows: "To expire 12/31/02 unless the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services, is extended. Funds .25 FTE of the Health Access Assistant positions funded by the School-Based Medical Assistance Grant."

Under "Department of Neighborhood Services, Nuisance and Environmental Health Division", delete one position of "Nuisance Control Manager (X) (Y)" and add one position of "Nuisance and Environmental Health Manager (X) (Y)."

Part 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 3. The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
