Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2001 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 000508 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 17, 2001 - August 5, 2001):

Under "Health Department, Medical Assistance Outreach Grant (N)", delete one position of "Public Health Interpreter Aide (N) (x)" and add one position of "Health Access Interpreter (N) (X)."

Under "Department of Neighborhood Services, Court Division", delete one position of "Environmental Enforcement Officer II (X)" and add one position of "Building Code Enforcement Inspector (X)."

Under "Department of Public Works-Infrastructure Services Division, Field Operations-Street/Bridges Operations Decision Unit, Underground Conduit Maintenance", delete one position of "Sewer Crew Leader III" and add one position of "Sewer Repair Crew Leader"; under "Field Operations-Electrical Services Decision Unit, Street Lighting", delete two positions of "Laborer (Electrical Services)" and add two positions of "Special Laborer (Electrical Services)"; and under "DPW-Infrastructure Services Division-Sewer Maintenance Fund, Underground Decision Unit", delete four positions of "Sewer Crew Leader III" and add four positions of "Sewer Repair Crew Leader" and under "Auxiliary Personnel", delete three positions of "Sewer Crew Leader III" and add three positions of "Sewer Repair Crew Leader."

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 000508 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby further amended as follows (Effective September 1, 2001):
