This resolution also authorizes the Comptroller to establish and transfer funds to the appropriate accounts for the project. The total estimated cost of the entire project is $1,104,494.83, with a grantor share of $859,410, and a City share of $245,084.83.

Whereas, A State Municipal Agreement for the installation of traffic signal improvements at the six connecting highway intersections under the 2018 Highway Safety Improvement Program was approved by the Common Council under File Number 140654; and,

Whereas, The Highway Safety Improvement Program provides cost participation for traffic signal and other improvements to reduce the frequency and severity of vehicle and pedestrian crashes; and

Whereas, Six intersections on West Forest Home Avenue and South 27th Street have been identified for traffic signal improvements; and
