Substitute resolution updating the City's Prevailing Wage Schedule.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to the prevailing wage rate schedule for various construction trade categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby updated to reflect new hourly rates and fringe changes as contained in letter(s) from the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development dated January 25, 2000, and attached to Common Council File Number 991729; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
