Analysis
This resolution accepts Sewer Easement SE-2706, located in the area bounded by North Commerce Street, East Vine Street, the Milwaukee River and East Pleasant Street.
Body
Whereas, The new Trostle Subdivision Development requires the construction of an 18" storm sewer as an alternative to the existing storm sewer which currently flows from Trostle site to the existing 96" combined sewer located in North Commerce Street; and

Whereas, A new storm sewer has been designed to accept storm water flows from the westerly portion of Trostle site and to flow into Milwaukee River. Said sewer has been also designed to accommodate future development on the Brewery Works site; and

Whereas, The easement for said sewers is in the properties owned by the Brewery Works, Inc.; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2706 granting permission to the City to construct and maintain sewers has been granted by Brewery Works, Inc. and approved as to contents, form, and execution by the proper City officers; and

Whereas, During the construction of the FACILITIES in the permanent EASEMENT, a temporary easement will be granted and will be terminated upon the completion of the construction of the FACILITIES in the permanent EASEMENT; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2706 will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewers; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2706, said Easement document being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 011299 and incorporated in th...
