Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the final plat of Spring Hill Cemetery Section 5, Addition No. 1, being part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section; thence North 01 deg. 25 min. 24 sec. West along the west line of said 1/4 Section 1985.38 feet to a point; thence North 88 deg. 32 min. 04 sec. East 1024.76 feet to the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence North 01 deg. 27 min. 56 sec. East 120 feet to a point; thence South 88 deg. 32 min. 04 sec. West 20 feet to the point of beginning; having been approved by the City Plan Commission and the Commissioner of Public Works, is approved.
