Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $225,000 with the total cost estimated to be $696,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

6th Aldermanic District

N. 6th St. – 250’ +/- south of W. Vienna Ave. to W. Vienna Ave. (SM495250044) Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of the project including the requested amount is $88,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

W. Concordia Ave. – N. 9th St. to N. 10th St. (SM495250042) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of the project including the requested amount is $89,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.

W. Concordia Ave. – N. 11th St. to N. 12th St. (SM495250043) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of the project including the requested amount is $88,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
