Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Community Care, Inc., and will permit construction of a Community Based Residential Facility on the northern portion of the former St. Michael's Hospital site. The initial phase of development permitted the construction of a Wheaton Franciscan medical clinic on the southeast portion of this site.
