Title
Substitute ordinance relating to Amendment No. 1 to the General Planned Development (GPD) known as Friendship Village on land located on the North Side of West Dean Road and West of North 72nd Street, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will amend the general plan to allow an entrance pavilion to be constructed within the front setback area and amend the site statistics to increase the permitted floor area.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”), do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances (“Code”) a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-907(2)(a).0007.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-907(2) of the Code relating to the procedures and establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council approves the subject amended General Planned Development, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map re-affirms the zoning for the following area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 76th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Dean Road, the zoning line within the right-of-way of North 72nd Street, a line 362 feet North and parallel to the centerline of West Dean Road, a line 662 feet North and parallel to the centerline of West Dean Road and a line 650.50 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 72nd Street.

(3) The requirements set forth in said amended general plan attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A, constitute the zoning regulations for the area contained in such planned development district described, provided further, that the effect of the approval of such amended general plan is that such plan shall l...
