Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in
various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 20th Street from the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue approximately 70 feet north at any time"

"On the west side of South 16th Street from the south curb line of West Cleveland Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the west side of South 22nd Street from West Grant Street to the first east/west alley south thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of North 38th Street from the south curb line of West Blue Mound Road to a point 55 feet south thereof from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the east side of North 53rd Street from the north curb lane of West Vliet Street to a point 70 feet north thereof at any time"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Canal Street at a point 175 feet east of North Emmber Lane to a point 60 feet further east at any time

On the east side of South 61st Street from West Warnimont Avenue to a point 125 feet south on regular school days from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

In the alley bounded by West Washington Street, West Scott Street, South 3rd Street and South 4th Street

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 16th Street between West Wisconsin Avenue and West Kilbourn Avenue from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM"
