Whereas, The Martin Luther King Economic Development Corp. was awarded Large Impact Development Funds (LID) in the amount of $91,053 for the King Commons project; and
Whereas, The Martin Luther King Economic Development Corp. due to unforeseen circumstance is requesting a change from the original site location of 2767 N. Martin Luther King Dr. to a different site location of 2774 N. Martin Luther King Dr.; and
Whereas, The Community Development Committee recommends approval to allow the site location change for this Large Impact Development project; now therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, approves the change of the original site development to the new location as indicated in Attachment A.
