Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Wells Street from North 18th Street to a point 50 feet west
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from North Prospect Avenue to North Farwell Avenue except Saturday & Sunday”
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from a point 100 feet south of North Farwell Avenue to North Prospect Avenue
On East Kenilworth Place from North Lake Drive to North Terrace Avenue
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Mitchell Street to East Maple Street
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive from West McKinley Avenue to West Vliet Street
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-h of the Code relating to Ten-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Kilbourn Avenue from North Jackson Street to North Van Buren Street from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday
Part 7. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Winter Parking Permitted is amended by striking the following:
“On North 64th Street from West Hampton Avenue to West Villard Avenue”
