Title
Substitute ordinance relating to a change in zoning from Two-Family Residential to Local Business, for a beer garden and horseshoe pit, on land located East of South 37th Street and South of West Burnham Street, in the 8th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This zoning change was requested by the owner of the Concertina Bar to the north to allow for the use of a portion of the property at 1926 South 37th Street as a beer garden and horseshoe pit.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.2.0034. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the centerline of South 37th Street, a line 193 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Burnham Street, a line 155 feet East and parallel to the east line of South 37th Street, and a line 238 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Burnham Street, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
