Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

7th Aldermanic District

N. 36th St. - W. Fond du Lac Ave. to W. Keefe Ave. (ST211050129) File Number 041468: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $148,400; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $200,000)

13th Aldermanic District

Alley between S. Avalon St., W. Granada St., S. 13th St., and S. 15th Ct. (Extended) (ST212050105) File Number 030748: Concrete alley pavement reconstruction, replace some abutting walk or driveway approaches, grading, and storm drainage facilities where needed.
