Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2), on land located on the South Side of West North Avenue and West of North Sherman Boulevard, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will create a single base zoning district for the redevelopment of the former Finney Library site.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0012. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along North Sherman Boulevard, a line 121 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Sherman Boulevard, a line 216 feet East and parallel to the east line of North Sherman Boulevard, a line 124.56 feet South and parallel to the south line of West North Avenue, a line 135 feet South and parallel to the south line of West North Avenue and a line 214.56 feet South and parallel to the south line of West North Avenue, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
