Title

Analysis

This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to permit a fast food restaurant as a special use.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-320(8).0048. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by a line 230 feet East and parallel to the centerline of South 27th Street, the centerline of West Ramsey Avenue, a line 308 feet East and parallel to the centerline of South 27th Street and a line 273 feet North and parallel to the centerline of West Ramsey Avenue, from Single Family Residence (R/F-1/40) and Local Business (L/F-1/40) to Local Business (L/D/40).
