Substitute resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations.

This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
2nd and 5th Aldermanic Districts
W. Hampton Ave. - N. 68th St. to N. 92nd St. (821-4572-8): Relaying water main, and water main alteration.
3rd Aldermanic District
N. Frederick Ave. - E. Bradford Ave. to E. Park Pl. (821-4553-4): Relaying water main.
5th Aldermanic District
N. 88th St. - W. Locust St. to W. Chambers St. (821-4564-4): Relaying water main.
8th Aldermanic District
W. Oklahoma Ave. at S. 32nd St. (858-0135-9): Relaying sanitary sewer.
S. 32nd St. - 135 ft. m/l north of W. Oklahoma Ave. to W. Oklahoma Ave. (858-0136-4): Relaying sanitary sewer.
8th and 16th Aldermanic Districts
S. Layton Blvd. - W. Evergreen Ln. to W. Lincoln Ave. (821-4573-3): Relaying water main, and water main alteration.
