Whereas, Mr. White and Mr. Bailey have filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy;  and

Whereas, Both bankruptcy cases have no assets; and

Whereas, The claims would be discharged in the bankruptcy as general unsecured claims; and  

Whereas, The Department of Public Works has agreed to cancel the invoices; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following claims are cancelled.
