This resolution will cancel apartment garbage collection charges by cancellation and refund.
BODY:
Whereas, Invoices for apartment garbage collection charges were erroneously made against the following property:
Invoice 191C/1/13/2000: Dragisa and Djurdja Ristick, 8601 W. Tripoli; property at 900 S. 4th Street, Tax Key 431-0926-3. This property was misidentified as a multiple unit building with five or more units. Original invoice was paid 1/14/2000. Refund check for $150.24 to be sent to the above address; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that proper city officers are authorized and directed to cancel the above apartment garbage collection charge and the amount in this resolution is to be charged to Fund Number 0001-4013 R999 2000 636508; and, be it
Further Resolved , That no interest be paid on the delinquent charges in this resolution.
