Title

A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-7-2 of the Code relating to Midblock Crossings is amended by adding the following:

On West Pittsburgh Avenue 360 feet west of South 16^th Street

Part 2. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turns on Red Signal is amended by striking the following:

"Southbound and eastbound approaches to West Bluemound Road and North Hawley Road"

Part 3. Section 101-10-2 of the Code relating to No Right Turns on Red Signal is amended by adding the following:

On West Bluemound Road at North Hawley Road eastbound

Part 4.  Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:

On North Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive from West Center Street to West Locust Street

Part 5.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:

"On West Clarke Street at North 52^nd Street"

Part 6.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:

On West Clarke Street at North 52^nd Street in all directions

On South Herman Street at East Wilbur Avenue

On West Pittsburgh Avenue at the mid-block crossing 360 feet west of South 16^th Street
