Whereas, Milwaukee Habitat For Humanity, Inc., wishes to acquire the following vacant, tax deed, City-owned, or Housing Authority-owned lots for $1.00 each to construct residential units for owner-occupants:

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said sale is approved and that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to perform such acts as may be required to consummate the sale in accordance with the provisions of the resolution referred to above; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Commissioner of the Department of City Development is authorized to close the sale of said lots only after receipt of construction plans which are generally acceptable in terms...
