Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2004 offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council (Assessor, Common Council-City Clerk, Employes' Retirement System, Health Department and City Treasurer).
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 030415 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under "Assessor's office, System and Administration Division" delete one position of "Office Assistant II" and add one position of "Office Assistant III". Under the "Real Property Division" delete one position of "Office Assistant II (X)" and add one position of "Office Assistant III (X)".

Under "Health Department, Disease Control and Prevention Division", add five positions of Environmental and Disease Control Specialist(X)" and delete five positions of "Environmental Hygienist(X)"; under the "Disease Control and Prevention Division, Urban Air Toxics Grant (XX)", add one position of "Environmental and Disease Control Specialist (.5FTE)(X)(XX)" and delete on position of "Environmental Hygienist(.5FTE)(X)(XX)". Under the "Disease Control and Prevention Division, Emergency Preparedness Grant(UU)", add one position of "Environmental and Disease Control Specialist(UU)(WW)(X)" and delete one position of "Environmental Hygienist (UU)(WW)(X)";

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 030415 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 24, 2003 - November 9, 2003):

Under "Health Department, Home Environmental Health Division, Lead Urban Initiatives Grant (LL)", delete 4 positions of "Lead Risk Assessor III (X)(LL)" and add 4 positions of "Lead Risk Assessor II (X)(LL)".
