BODY
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the sum of $560,000 be reserved in the 2003 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-006300) for the remission of taxes; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller, in cooperation with the City Clerk and the City Budget Director, shall establish an account within the Common Council Contingent Fund for expenditure through the Remission of Taxes Special Purpose Account (0001-9990-S163-006300) with expenditure authority through Common Council resolution; and, be it
Further Resolved, That all agreements for expenditure of funds pursuant to this resolution shall comply with s. 360-06-1, Milwaukee Code; and, be it
Further Resolved, That this account shall be treated as a special purpose account and therefore shall not be subject to the provisions of s. 16-05, City Charter, related to procurement procedures.
