Minutes note: Mr. Tim Askin said this is for a new garage that will not be visible from Lake Drive, but will be visible from Ivanhoe Pl. The construction will be plywood, glass and pre-finished wood trim with folding doors toward the owner's backyard and an overhead door facing the driveway. Staff recommends approval with conditions.
