Passage of this ordinance will permit the construction of an apartment complex for senior citizens.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-810(2)(b).0102.

(1) In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-810(1) of the Milwaukee Code relating to the establishment of planned development districts, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee herewith approves the detailed planned development known as Aspenwood Glen Senior Apartments, a copy of which is attached to this File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.

(2) The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change from Multi-Family Residence (R/D/40) to Detailed Planned Development (DPD), the area bounded and described as follows:

That part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, in Township 8 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at a point 333.16 feet South and 60.01 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 in Section 15, Township 8 North, Range 21 East; thence West 327.66 feet; thence South 1.50 feet; thence West 3.50 feet; thence Southeasterly 181.23 feet; thence South 251.54 feet; thence West 470.35 feet; thence North 510.14 feet; thence East 125 feet; thence North 103 feet; thence East 70 feet; thence North 103.02 feet; thence East 452.97 feet; thence South 150 feet; thence East 150 feet; thence South 128.15 feet to the point of beginning.
