Substitute resolution amending a special privilege for change of ownership to Lifestyle Ministries for encroachment into the public right-of-way of building facades and roof gutters for the premises at 2328 West Capitol Drive.
Body
Whereas, Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. requested permission to construct and maintain building facades and roof gutters in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Permission for said items was granted in 1989 under Common Council File Number 890729; and

Whereas, Lifestyle Ministries now owns the property; and

Whereas, For the liability to be formally transferred to the current property owner, the Common Council needs to adopt an amending resolution; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council File Number 890729 is hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, That Lifestyle Ministries, 2328 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53206, is hereby granted the following special privileges:

1. To keep and maintain a stone panel exterior façade encroaching 5 inches into the 16-foot wide north sidewalk area of West Capitol Drive. Said façade, which covers the entire face of the building excluding windows and doors, commences at the eastline of North 24th Street and extends 63 feet 4 inches to the east.

2. To keep and maintain a stone panel exterior façade encroaching 5 inches into the 15-foot wide east sidewalk area of North 24th Street. Said building façade commences at the northline of West Capitol Drive and extends 20 feet 6 inches to the north. The façade covers the entire face of the building in this area.
